EDUCATOR
With over 30 years of experience as a dance educator, including owning a successful arts academy in Pennsylvania for about 15 years, teaching at leading dance studios in Chicago, and serving as adjunct faculty at Penn State University, Sarah Flynn is sought out by studio owners, universities, convention/festival directors, publishers, and dance educators for her depth and breadth of knowledge. Sarah is a proficient and accomplished educator in tap, ballet, pointe, jazz, burlesque, pageant preparation, and children’s creative movement. She is a Certified Dance Educator through Chicago National Association of Dance Masters, and she is known for her work on inclusion and empowerment through dance and movement.

Sarah currently works with private students and periodically offers online classes.
DIRECTOR
Early on in her dance career, Sarah created and founded nationally recognized youth tap company, Footprints Tap Ensemble. As their former Artistic Director, she imagined, choreographed, and curated regional and national dance performances, including their first five "Tap Jam" annual concerts, featuring renowned artists like Ayodele Casel, Ted Levy, and Big City Swing. Later, she was the founding director of Jade Dance Productions, a multi-disciplinary dance company in central Pennsylvania and also directed multiple studio companies, including Crunch Productions and Lumiere.

Currently, as the Founder and Executive Producer of Lady Grey Productions, Sarah curates and hosts a monthly cabaret and variety show in State College, PA, entering its fifth season. She directs the award-winning Lady Grey's Lovelies, a company of 30 variety performers from all over the nation, who have been featured in dance, theatre, and burlesque festivals all over the nation.
ENTERTAINER
Having shared the stage with luminaries like tap dance legend Gregory Hines and Disney star Jodi Benson, Sarah has worked as an entertainer since the early age of 15. She has performed on Broadway, in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, in Times Square, and on the bill at Chicago's most respected theatres. From a vocalist to a host to tap dancer to a beauty queen, Sarah has a wide range of entertainment experience. She can transform from a tap dancing munchkin to the grande dame of the vaudeville stage in no time at all, and audiences love her wit and banter.
CHOREOGRAPHER
Sarah is a prolific choreographer, setting thousands of works since 1994 that have appeared at Walt Disney World, in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, on Broadway, and many more. She has choreographed everything from grand-scale tap concerts to middle school musicals, and her creative, narrative style makes her a sought-after choreographer for both dance and theater groups.
