EMPOWERMENT COACH & MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
As a mentor and coach, Sarah has worked with all ages, guiding people to “break out of their boxes” and discover the path to building self-worth, self-awareness, courage, confidence, and motivation. Her passion is helping women bravely take ownership of their dreams and begin to live outrageously. She currently offers one-on-one empowerment sessions through her 
coaching website

She is the hostess of  the "Live Outrageously with Lady Grey" podcast and ​has a growing presence in the life coaching industry as a motivational speaker and educator.

DIRECTOR/PRODUCER
Beginning in 1995, Sarah has been the Founder and Artistic Director of several key ensembles, including:

​

  • Nationally recognized youth tap company, Footprints Tap Ensemble

  • Jade Dance Productions, a multi-disciplinary dance company in central PA

  • Crunch Productions and Lumiere studio companies

  • Award-winning Lady Grey's Lovelies, a company of 30+ variety performers from all over the nation

For the past five years, Sarah has been serving as the President and Executive Producer of Lady Grey Productions LLC, curating and hosting monthly cabarets and variety shows in State College, PA.

ENTERTAINER
Having shared the stage with luminaries like tap dance legend Gregory Hines and Disney star Jodi Benson, Sarah has worked as an entertainer since the early age of 15. She has performed on Broadway, in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, in Times Square, and on the bill at Chicago's most respected theatres. From a vocalist to a host to tap dancer to a beauty queen, Sarah has a wide range of entertainment experience. She can transform from a tap dancing munchkin to the grande dame of the vaudeville stage in no time at all, and audiences love her wit and banter.

EDUCATORWith over 30 years of experience as a dance and theatre educator, including owning a successful arts academy in Pennsylvania for 15 years, teaching at leading studios in Chicago, and serving as adjunct faculty at Penn State University, Sarah Flynn is sought out by studio owners, universities, conventions, festivals, publishers, and other educators for her depth and breadth of knowledge. A proficient and accomplished educator in tap, ballet, pointe, jazz, burlesque, pageant prep, and children’s creative movement, she is a Certified Dance Educator. Sarah is known for her work on inclusion and empowerment through dance and movement.

 

CHOREOGRAPHER

Sarah is a prolific choreographer, setting thousands of works since 1994 that have appeared at Walt Disney World, in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, on Broadway, and many more. She has choreographed everything from grand-scale tap concerts to middle school musicals, and her creative, narrative style makes her a sought-after choreographer for both dance and theater groups.
